The magnificent Alpine geography of St. Moritz, one of the world's most exclusive winter sports destinations, alongside its snow-covered mountain panorama, serves as the primary directive shaping the design backbone of this luxury residential project. The spatial flow engineered by Mimari Araştırmalar provides a warm, protective, and timeless interior envelope that stands in stark contrast to the harsh winter climate outside.

Vertical circulation between floors and transitional zones are shaped through seamless surface continuities that display the inherent nature of the materials. While the dense presence of solid wood is balanced by the textural richness of marble surfaces, custom-designed glass lighting fixtures with ice and crystal textures—evocative of the Alpine winter atmosphere—operate as sculptural architectural elements casting dramatic light refractions across the surfaces.

One of the project's most striking craft details is the bespoke stone masonry in the powder room, which brings the raw power of nature indoors by marrying the chiseled mountain-like texture left on the lower section of the white marble block with the smooth, circular basin above. This serene atmosphere extends into the bedroom layouts, which are dominated by oak wall paneling and defined by calm lines. Bringing a luxurious interpretation to the deep-rooted Alpine spa heritage, the indoor wellness and pool area serves as the rejuvenation center of the project. Completely clad in dark veined marble blocks and structured under a vaulted ceiling, this subterranean sanctuary offers a mysterious spa experience that nods to the wabi-sabi spirit through the reflective power of water and dim, indirect lighting scenarios.
