The spatial backbone, crafted by Mimari Araştırmalar, embraces the fluid indoor-outdoor lifestyle of Mediterranean culture with a highly rational discipline. The traditional stone masonry and volumetric white forms constituting the structural shell serve as both a protective envelope and a powerful backdrop for the timeless interior design choices. By placing the marine panorama and natural light at the center of daily life through expansive openings and verandas, the project transforms the connection with nature into a seamless physical and visual continuity. The interior configuration is built upon a balanced dialogue between formal purity and the raw texture of materials. The serene atmosphere, dominated by white surfaces, is animated by the graphic sharpness of black and nature-evoking olive green tones. Mirror panels integrated into surface continuities multiply light reflections, expanding the volumetric perception and depth of the living spaces. Flowing linen textiles, solid wood components, and craft-oriented furniture selections deliver a holistic composition entirely free from decorative excess, dedicated solely to user comfort and spatial tranquility.

The discipline of clean lines is felt in every detail, from the sculptural staircase guiding vertical circulation to the private quarters where intimacy takes precedence. Louvered door systems that soften interior boundaries allow daylight to filter homogeneously even into the deepest corridors.
