Implemented on both global and local scales, these chain restaurant projects showcase Mimari Araştırmalar’s capability to merge corporate identity standards, high-circulation requirements, and functional flexibility within a single design backbone. While preserving the well-established visual vocabulary of each brand, the design language reinterprets each location through a human-centric experience and a highly rational interior discipline. Within these commercial environments engineered to manage intense foot traffic, the honest use of materials, spatial fluidity, and operational efficiency are placed at the very core of the design.

This holistic and disciplined approach manifests across a vast operational scale, demonstrating the firm's multifaceted logistical and executive strength over time. The concepts span from 90 distinct McDonald’s projects executed between 2012 and 2016, to 7 Komşu Fırın branches shaped around a warm, artisanal bakery identity during 2013–2014, and 19 Pizza Hut locations realized with a contemporary casual dining framework between 2017 and 2018, alongside 55 KFC projects implemented between 2015 and 2018 that enrich the portfolio. Including other leading concepts within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector, each space retains its brand legacy while being elevated by Mimari Araştırmalar's timeless design principles. In these projects, where aesthetics and utility are treated not as decorative choices but as rational imperatives for commercial success, every branch stands as a holistic architectural product that integrates corporate memory directly into the spatial fabric.
