The design backbone, envisioned and executed by Mimari Araştırmalar, is structured upon a flawless balance between volumetric mass and spatial lightness. In rich contrast to the traditional stone masonry and the monumental entrance axis of the exterior envelope, the custom solid wood louvers wrapping the facade in a rhythmic order, combined with a multi-tiered metal roof, infuse the residence with a dynamic and contemporary character.

This powerful shell, bearing distinct traces of Mediterranean architectural heritage, establishes a fluid dialogue with the outdoors through expansive transparent glass surfaces, drapery-shaded verandas, and a linear swimming pool that integrates seamlessly into the landscape. Handcrafted podima pebble pathways and serene outdoor lounge zones harmonize the tranquility of nature with the rational lines of architecture, offering a complete urban sanctuary scenario. Upon entering, the double-height gallery atrium immediately reveals the volumetric depth and monumental scale of the interior layout. Operating as the vertical axis of the residence, the cantilevered marble staircase with its raw finished surfaces, accompanied by a geometric metal handrail, dominates the space as a sculptural art object. The flawless herringbone marble craftsmanship on the floors, combined with spherical glass lighting installations suspended from the ceiling plane and highly textured travertine walls, envelops the space in a cohesive harmony that highlights material honesty. Integrating seamlessly with the garden landscape through expansive glazed facades, the formal living room defines a dignified comfort zone with its refined fireplace details and sophisticated furniture selections. Furthermore, the linearly resolved kitchen segment—finished in dark wood veneers and noble marble countertops—features an integrated glass conservatory extension at its end, placing daylight and nature at the absolute center of domestic life.
